Open Job Positions

Support Broker: 

Education/Experience: 

• High school diploma or GED is required. 

• Must be a certified Support Broker in New Jersey

• Two (2) years of experience in direct care work or lived experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a planning and/or coordination role is required.

Manager:

Education/Experience: 

• A high school diploma with five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. 

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred 

• Must be a certified Support Broker in New Jersey. 

Human Resources Administrator: (HR)

Education/Experience: 

• High school diploma and two years of progressive experience in HR management, focusing on operational functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

College of Direct Support Administrator: (CDS)

Education/Experience: 

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Must be a certified College of Direct Support Administrator in New Jersey
